These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoHub AI website, mobile application, and business optimization platform (together, the "Services") provided by AutoHub AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise).
Free trials, early-bird pricing, and promotional rates apply only as described at sign-up and may be subject to conditions.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes do not affect the then-current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Services; reverse-engineering or reselling the Services without permission; uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or using the Services in violation of applicable law.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may connect to third-party software and providers you choose. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party products, data, or availability.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, and content we provide, are owned by AutoHub AI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. Your business data remains yours.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights and analytics will be accurate for every use case.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoHub AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
